As time passes, the roles between parents and children often shift. One moment, parents are guiding us through life’s basics, and before we know it, we’re faced with the responsibility of caring for them as they age.

Many adult children struggle with initiating difficult conversations about planning for their parents’ future.

Join us for an empowering event designed to ease the stress and uncertainty of this phase of life.

By attending this program, you will:

  • Discover effective ways to begin difficult conversations with your loved ones.
  • Access information about local resources in the Central Virginia Region that support independent living for aging parents.
  • Gain essential knowledge about key legal documents and financial considerations.

Our guest speakers, Amy Strite, Executive Director, and Adrienne Cummins from Senior Connections, the Capital Area Agency on Aging, along with the Alexis Advisors team, will share invaluable insights and resources to help make this transition less overwhelming.

Feel free to share this invitation with others or bring a guest or two.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Date: Thursday, June 20
Time: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Location: Country Club of Virginia | 6031 Saint Andrews Lane | Richmond, VA 23226
